Upright Management has been engaged by Dubbo Regional Council to provide full Project
Management services for the Wellington Aquatic Centre Project.
The project consists of fully demolishing the existing facility (excluding the heritage façade) and
constructing new 50m lap pool, learn to swim pool, splash pad including water fountain area, new
kiosk, meeting rooms and office facilities.
