Upright Management have been engaged by Tablelands Orthopaedics to provide a complete Project and Construction Management service for their new Specialists Rooms in Orange NSW.

 

The project required the change of use of an existing office facility, BCA and accessibility upgrades along with a full internal refurbishment included replacement of all services.

 

Given the project is located within the Central Orange Heritage Conservation Area. Upright Management worked closely with the client throughout the design, authorities’ approval and tendering stages to ensure the project meet its design intent, program and budget requirements.

 

Upright Management then undertook the Project and Construction Management role on behalf of the client ensuring a successful delivery of the works.
