Upright Management has been engaged to provide Project Management for the Orange Regional Museum. Our scope includes; Federal Government funding agreement reviews, design consultant selection, project programming and staging, design management, budget establishment, authority approvals, form of contract agreement selection, head contractor package tendering, construction management, commissioning and completion.

The Museum has been designed by Crone Partners Architects and is being delivered via a Design and Construct contract. Upright Management is acting as the client’s representative under the contract.
