Upright Management has been engaged to provide Project Management for the new Orange Ambulance Services NSW – Emergency Helicopter Base. Our scope includes; design consultant selection, project programming and staging, design management, budget establishment, authority approvals, form of contract agreement selection, head contractor package tendering, construction management, commissioning and completion. We also managed the negotiations and finalisations of leasing agreement between Orange City Council and Toll.
