Upright Management was engaged by Orange City Council to provide Project Management services during the Construction of the Orange Aquatic Centre Project.

 

The project consisted of a new indoor 25m lap pool, indoor wading pool and water fountain area, new kiosk, meeting rooms and office facilities. Upright Management was engaged by Orange City Council to assist in resolving quality and delay issues on the project. We worked closely with the Contractor, Principal, Design Consultants and the Superintendent to resolve and manage the remaining issues to ensure a quality project was delivered.
