This project included the refurbishment of the entire club, including gaming, function rooms, administration areas, kitchens and bar facilities. A major component of the project was an extensive outdoor garden area. 

 

The client required construction to commence over the Christmas period which created many procurement management issues that were overcome to allow the tight 19 week program to be met.

 

The club was within an operational commercial building, therefore the project required a high level of project management involvement and open and regular communication with all stakeholders.
