The Nestle Purina project included the feasibility plan, town planning, design, authority approvals, construction and commissioning of a new 5,000m2 dry storage warehouse in Blayney, NSW.

 

The Project Management team worked with Nestle to resolve all master planning, town planning and operational issues from initial concept to completion. The project was delivered under a Design and Construction lump sum contract for $5m.

 

It consists of a 5,000m2 warehouse constructed from structural steel, precast concrete and PIR panels, the surrounding 2,000m2 of truck turning and loading facility hardstand areas were completed whilst maintaining Nestle Purina’s day to day activities on site.
