Upright Management was engaged to provide Project Management and Construction Management for the MSM Milling, Manildra Mill upgrade project. Our responsibilities included; detailed project programming, staging and risk identification, budget establishment, design coordination, sub-contractor tendering and engagement, construction management, commissioning and completion. The works required a full mill shut down, over a 5 day period and included the installation of a new Humidifier, new 10t gantry crane and rebuilding of the bio filters.
