Upright Management has been engaged to provide Project Management and Construction Management for the Harris Farm Markets Orange project. Our responsibilities included; detailed project programming, staging and risk identification, budget establishment, design coordination, sub-contractor tendering and engagement, construction management, commissioning and completion. The works required the store to remain fully operational throughout the construction process, therefore detailed planning and communication with the store management was critical.
