The Clinical Simulation Centre (CSC) and the Modern Digital Learning Modules (MDLM) Building project located on the Bathurst campus, required the construction of two separate buildings within the operational university campus.

The CSC is used for the simulation training of nursing and paramedic students, the MDLM will accommodate 70 students and consists of high tech teaching modules which include interactive white boards, high definition video conferencing facilities and will be connected to remote educational facilities within Central Western NSW.

The project was successfully completed, commissioned and in use all within the required time frame. The Project Management team worked closely with the universities designers and sub-contractors to overcome many design issues, on such a complicated and highly technical project.
