Upright Management has been engaged by Dubbo Regional Council to provide full Project Management services for the Dubbo Cycling Facility Project.  

 

The Dubbo Cycling Facility is part of the Victoria Park Master Plan upgrade works. The relocation of the cycling facility from Victoria Park is Stage 1 of the Victoria Park Upgrade. The cycling facility must be relocated to allow for Stage 2 – upgrade of the cricket facilities to commence. 

 

The new Cycling facility is to be located on a greenfield site on River Road in North Dubbo and  includes a new 400 metre oval / circuit track, a 1000 metre criterium track, building facilities, storage areas, access roads, car parking and infrastructure upgrades.
