Upright Management was engaged as project managers for the Former Parkes Base Hospital site redevelopment. Upright Management acted as client representative from due diligence phase, through negotiations with Health Infrastructure, documentation, tendering and project delivery.

The works can be summarised as follows:

• demolition of all built structures at the site;

• removal of car park bitumen;

• removal of paving;

• removal of hazardous materials and ground remediation; and

• the return of the site to a stable state.
