The redevelopment of the Sydney Conservatorium of Music and the Conservatorium High School, included the refurbishment of the Greenway Stables and Verbrugghen Hall, the construction of a three storey entry foyer and 30,000m2 of education facility which was located under the Sydney Botanical Gardens.

The city circle railway tunnels also dissected the site, which required an extremely high level of Project Management and Safety Management input to ensure the safety and continuity of the city’s rail system.

This state of the art facility now includes music teaching and performance spaces, commercial office space and a high school.

The project was winner of the Property Council NSW Rider Hunt Award for Standards of Excellence. (Commended)
