Upright Management have been engaged by the property owner and developer to provide a complete Development, Project and Construction Management service for the Catto Place Industrial Development in Orange NSW.

 

The development consists of 4 separate Industrial buildings, with a total GFA of approximately 7000m2, the development of the 2ha site is to be undertaken whilst an existing Industrial Building remains occupied and functional.

 

Site works include alteration of bulk levels, High Voltage power upgrades, stormwater system and retention basin construction, along with staged construction of the new Industrial Buildings and large hardstand areas.

 

We have worked with the client from project inception, undertaking the following management responsibilities:

 

  • Budget establishment and cost planning,

  • Flexible master planning design,

  • Building and Infrastructure design,

  • Authority approvals,

  • Programming to enable staging of delivery,

  • Contractor tendering,

  • Construction Management
